During winter, the regions of Aomori, Akita, Yamagata, and Niigata experience heavy snowfall, which may disrupt or even halt rail traffic. We strongly recommend packing appropriate clothing for winter conditions.

Flight Information
If, due to airline schedules, your first or last day is shortened by a late arrival or early departure, no compensation will be provided.
Likewise, any meals included in your package, that are missed due to flight times, cannot be refunded.
Additionally, if optional excursions or activities overlap with mealtimes, those meals will be at your own expense.

Arrival Transfer – Tokyo Airport to City Center by Limousine Bus:
The Limousine Bus (shared transportation) connects Tokyo airports to the city center.
Details of the nearest drop-off point to your hotel will be provided in your travel documents.
You may need to walk or take public transportation (subway or bus) to reach your accommodation, depending on its location.
– This service is available for flights arriving at Narita Airport between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and at Haneda Airport between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
– Outside these hours, transfers will be at your own expense. A shuttle transfer option may be offered for an additional fee.
Departure Transfer – Osaka City Center to Kansai Airport (KIX) by Limousine Bus:
The Limousine Bus (shared transportation) connects Osaka’s city center to Kansai International Airport.
The closest bus stop to your hotel will be indicated in your travel documents.
The journey from the bus stop to your hotel may require walking or using public transportation (subway or bus), depending on location.
– This service is available for departures from Kansai Airport between 9:30 AM and 1:00 AM.
– Outside these hours, transfers will be at your own expense. A private transfer option may be offered, with a supplement.
– If your return flight is from Itami (ITM) or Kobe (UKB) airports, transfers are not included and will be at your expense.
