TRANSPORT INFO:

Shared Airport–Hotel Transfer in Tokyo:
This transfer is operated via a shared shuttle service. The shuttle will drop you off in front of your hotel and may make several stops along the way. One piece of luggage per person is included. For any additional luggage, please contact us prior to departure.
Limousine Bus Transfer – Tokyo City Center to Airport:
The Limousine Bus (shared transportation) connects the city center to the airport. The nearest stop to your hotel will be indicated in your travel documents. The connection between the bus stop and your hotel is often made on foot but may also require taking the metro or a local bus depending on your hotel’s location.
Flights Tokyo – Naha – Osaka:
The flight from Tokyo to Naha takes approximately 4 hours, and the flight from Naha to Osaka takes about 3 hours. Please note that the maximum checked baggage allowance is 15 kg. Additional luggage added at the time of booking will incur a supplement.
Limousine Bus Transfer – Osaka Airport to Kyoto City Center:
The Limousine Bus (shared transportation) connects the airport to Kyoto’s city center. The nearest stop to your hotel will be indicated in your travel documents. The connection between the bus stop and your hotel is often made on foot but may also require taking the metro or a local bus depending on your hotel’s location.

Sightseeing suggestions: For fans of technology and entertainment, Tokyo offers a captivating array of activities. Explore Akihabara with its gadget stores, video games, and figurines. Don’t miss the multi-floor arcades! For an immersive experience, visit TeamLab Planets, a digital art museum full of interactive exhibitions. Other must-sees include Sega Joypolis and Tokyo DisneySea, the only DisneySea park in the world. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 3 TOKYO

Sightseeing suggestions: Shopping lovers will enjoy Shibuya with its famous scramble crossing and the Shibuya 109 mall. Discover the trendy Harajuku district and its quirky Takeshita street or explore the elegant streets of Ginza. For a more traditional experience, stroll through Yanaka or Kagurazaka’s preserved alleys. Visit temples like Senso-ji, Meiji-Jingu in Yoyogi Forest, or Nezu-Jinja. Art lovers should stop by the Nezu Museum. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 4 TOKYO

Sightseeing suggestions: For a peaceful break, explore the Imperial Palace Garden or Ueno Park, famous for its temples and greenery. Foodies can explore the alleys of Omoide Yokocho in Shinjuku or the food stalls of Ameya Yokocho and Nakamise Dori. Visit the outer market of Tsukiji in the morning. Breakfast at the hotel. Free day in Naha for sightseeing at your leisure.
Sightseeing suggestions: Discover Naha with its tropical atmosphere. Start with Kokusai Dori shopping street and Makishi Ichiba Market. Visit the Shuri Castle or the Okino-gu Shrine. Explore the charming Tsuboya district and finish your day in an onsen like Ryujin Onsen. Overnight in Naha.

Sightseeing suggestions: Enjoy the Kerama Islands (Tokashiki-jima, Zamami, etc.), only an hour by ferry from Naha,for snorkeling, parasailing, scuba diving, kayaking, or simply relaxing on pristine beaches. The marine life is wonderfully preserved. Overnight in Naha.

DAY 10 KYOTO

Breakfast at the hotel. Activate your Kansai Area Pass. Free day in Kyoto.
Sightseeing suggestions: Begin with a serene walk in the Arashiyama bamboo forest and visit Tenryu-ji temple. Explore Gion and Nishiki Market. Visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine with its red torii gates, then stroll through southern Higashiyama to see Kiyomizu-dera, Maruyama Park, and Chion-in. Don’t miss the Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku-ji), a UNESCO site, and nearby Ryoan-ji and Ninna-ji temples. Use your Kansai Pass to explore nearby cities like Nara, Kobe, and Himeji. Overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 11 KYOTO - OSAKA

Breakfast at the hotel. Train transfer from Kyoto to Osaka using your Kansai Area Pass. Free day.
Sightseeing suggestions: Osaka is Japan’s food and shopping paradise. Start with Osaka Castle, visit the History Museum, then explore Umeda, Namba, and Shinsaibashi for shopping. In the evening, head to Dotonbori for neon lights, bars, and local specialties like takoyaki and kushikatsu. Overnight in Osaka.

DAY 12 OSAKA

In Japan, travelling by train is without a doubt, one of the best ways to get around quickly and easily.

The Kansai Area Pass – 4 days:
The Kansai Area Pass gives you unlimited access for 4 consecutive days to various JR train lines and JR buses throughout the Kansai region. It also includes access for one day to selected Keihan, Hankyu, and Kyoto subway lines.

Train from Kyoto to Osaka:
Traveling from Kyoto to Osaka by train takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. This journey is covered by your Kansai Area Pass.

Train from Osaka to Kansai Airport:
Transfer to Kansai Airport (KIX) is done independently using your Kansai Area Pass, which is included in your package.

If you are flying out of Kobe (UKB) or Itami (ITM) airports, transfers are at your own expense.
For early morning flights (departure before 10:00 AM), you will need to arrange your own transport to the airport, as train schedules may not allow you to arrive on time. A private transfer option can be offered at an additional cost.
