The new Grand Egyptian Museum, the largest archaeological museum in the world, offers an unparalleled journey through Egypt’s ancient history, housing over 100,000 artifacts . With its state-of-the-art design and immersive exhibits, it’s a must-visit for those eager to experience the wonders of Egypt’s rich heritage in a modern, world-class setting. This visit also includes the complete Tutankhamun collection, and many pieces will be on display for the first time.
The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) will be closed from October 15 to November 3, 2025. During this time, the GEM will be replaced by the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.
Visa
Starting December 1st, 2024, Canadian passport holders will be able to obtain a visa online prior to or upon arrival in Egypt.

DAY 1 CAIRO
Arrive in Cairo. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in the Giza area overlooking the pyramids.

DAY 2 CAIRO
Today is the day you’ve been waiting for! Visit the magnificent pyramids of Giza and admire the mysterious Sphinx. Spend some time taking photos of these legendary creations. After lunch, visit the site of Memphis, the oldest capital of Egypt and Sakkara, with its step pyramid.

DAY 3 NILE CRUISE, CAIRO-LUXOR
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the pier to board your cruise ship. Embarkation takes place before lunch at 11:00 am, followed by lunch on board at 1:00 pm. In the afternoon, at 2:30 pm, enjoy a guided visit to the impressive Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Return to the ship for afternoon tea at 5:30 pm. In the evening, experience a lively belly dance show at 7:30 pm, followed by dinner on board at 8:00 pm. Later, unwind and enjoy music in the lounge starting at 9:30 pm.

DAY 4 NILE CRUISE
Wake-up call is at 6:00 am, followed by breakfast on board. At 7:00 am, depart for a visit to the West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings and Queens and the Temple of Hatshepsut. Return to the ship and begin sailing to Esna around 12:30 pm, with lunch served on board at 1:00 pm. In the afternoon, enjoy tea at 5:30 pm. In the evening, attend the Captain’s Welcome Cocktail Party at 7:30 pm, followed by dinner on board at 8:00 pm. Later, relax and enjoy music in the lounge starting at 9:30 pm.

DAY 5 NILE CRUISE
Sail to Edfu at 3:30 am. Wake-up call at 7:00 am, followed by breakfast on board at 7:30 am. At 8:30 am, visit the Temple of Edfu. Continue sailing to Kom Ombo at 10:30 am, with lunch served on board at 1:00 pm. In the afternoon, enjoy tea at 5:00 pm, followed by a visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo at 5:30 pm. Dinner is served on board at 8:00 pm, and the evening concludes with a Galabeya Party at 9:30 pm.

DAY 6 NILE CRUISE
Sail to Aswan at 3:30 am. Wake-up call at 7:00 am, followed by breakfast on board at 7:30 am. At 8:30 am, visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries, and the Temple of Philae. Lunch is served on board at 1:00 pm. In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca sail on the Nile around Kitchener’s Island and Agha Khan at 3:30 pm, followed by afternoon tea at 5:30 pm. In the evening, attend a Nubian Folkloric Show at 7:30 pm, have dinner on board at 8:00 pm, and later relax with music in the lounge at 9:30 pm.

DAY 7 ASWAN-CAIRO-HURGHADA
After breakfast, disembark and transfer to the airport for your flights to Hurghada. Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.

DAYS 8-10 HURGHADA
Three full days at leisure to enjoy the beach or snorkel at one of the best places in the world!

Optional Excursions : SUPER DESERT SAFARI
In the afternoon, our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada to start your adventure day trip to Arabian Desert. After arriving at Sahara station you will have a test drive on your quad bike and then drive about 45 minutes right into the desert of Hurghada. On the way to the Beduouin village by 4x4 car you will stop twice to see a mirage in the desert and to climb a sand dune. After arriving at the Bedouin village you can relax and enjoy a welcome drink or take a tour in the village, try to ride a camel! At sunset you will enjoy a wonderful view from the mountain top. And then let’s enjoy open buffet dinner (oriental food and soft drinks). After dinner you can enjoy Sahara Park Show which starts with Tanura and Belly Dancer performance. It also includes folkloric songs and a snake show. After the show you will get a chance to explore the desert night sky, watch the stars . At the end of the tour we will take you back to your hotel in Hurghada.SEA SAFARI
In the morning, our representative will pick you up at your hotel in Hurghada to start your day of adventure at the marina. You’ll head out to sea on a high quality boat, accompanied by a professional snorkeling guide. You will head to Paradise Island where you will make two stops to dive (Snorkeling equipment included) and enjoy your free time and the crystal clear waters, sandy seabed, tranquility and serenity of this morning. For dinner, a buffet will be offered on the boat. At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Hurghada (Not included: crew and guides tips)

DAY 12 CAIRO
This morning visit of the Grand Egyptian Museum. This museum hosts over 100,000 artifacts from ancient Egyptian civilization, including the complete Tutankhamun collection, and many pieces will be on display for the first time. With 81,000 m2 (872,000 sq ft) of floor space, it will be the world’s largest archeological museum. In the afternoon, visit the Citadel, built in 1183, and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali. Enjoy exploring the famous Khan El Khalili bazaar for some treasures to bring back home!
