We’re thrilled to share that Lina Côté, Exotik Journeys’ former Sales Director for Ontario and other Eastern Canada provinces and a well-known figure among Canadian travel agents, will be personally accompanying our group in Costa Brava! Alongside her on-site assistant(s), Lina will be present throughout the entire 3-week stay to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all.

Inclusions

– Air in our Group seats from Calgary (if leaving with our Group departure)
– Group transfers from Barcelona airport to hotel and from hotel to Barcelona airport
– 20-night accommodation in double occupancy in a Junior Suite with Pool view or in a One-Bedroom Apartment with city view
– A change of towels daily, apartment cleaning (except kitchenette) and bed sheets changed every 4 days

Exclusions

Seat selection if booking package with group flights (the list of passengers is sent to the Air Department in an effort for the couples and partners to be seated together) – Meals – Safety deposit box – Travel insurances – Gratuities to staff, hosts, guides, and drivers – Any items not mentioned in the inclusions.

Additional Information

Concerning seat selection in GROUP allotment with Air Canada:

The seats reserved for this departure are part of our special group space blocked in each plane. In this case, seat selection can only be made directly at the airport on the day of departure, or by registering online 24 hours prior to the departure. At time of ticketing, Exotik Journeys will notify the airline which passengers are travelling together in an effort to have them seated together. However, this cannot be guaranteed in advance. There are no exceptions to the seating rules allowed with this promotion and Exotik Journeys cannot be held responsible for final seat selection aboard the plane.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TRANSFERS

Arrival transfers are included if you arrive on the below flight numbers or on other flights arriving around the same time as those below:
• Arrivals in Barcelona on April 25th on flight AC822 at 08:00 AM or any flight arriving before 08:00 AM, will be on the group transfer at approx. 08:30 AM; Arrivals on flight AC820 at 09:20 AM or arriving between 08:00 AM and 09:30 AM will be on the group transfer at approx. 10:00 AM.
• Arrivals in Barcelona on April 26th on AC820 at 09:20 AM or arriving prior to 09:30 AM will be on the group transfer at approx. 10:00 AM.
Note: Any arrivals after the above hours will need to be booked on a semi-private transfer (+$), running every 2 hours only if pre booked at least one month prior to departure (11:30 / 13:30 / 15:30 etc.).

Return transfers are included if you depart on the below flight numbers or other flights departing around the same time as those below – the pick-up time will be approx. 4 – 5 hours prior to these times:
• Flights scheduled to depart Barcelona on May 15th, on flight AC 823 at 12:15 PM will be on the group transfer at approx. 07:30 AM; Departures on flight AC821 at 13:15 PM will be on the group transfer at approx. 08:30 AM.
• Flights scheduled to depart Barcelona on May 16th, on flight AC821 at 13:15 PM will be on the group transfer at approx. 08:30 AM.
Note: Any departures after the above hours will need to be booked on a semi-private transfer (+$), running every 2 hours (11:30 / 13:30 / 15:30 etc.).

If not on our above Group flights, please make sure to fit your arrival and departure times with our group transfers:
Calella is 1h drive from the Barcelona airport. If you are not on one of our group spaces for flights, please know that it is not a problem, as there will be many arrivals and departures during the day. Note that if you are not on our same arrival group flights, this may require a 1 to 3 hour wait at the airport for the next transfer without any charge; If you wish to have an immediate semi-private car (from 2 to 6 persons), we can add one with a supplement of + $95 per person, per way, to get a transfer outside of those group hours with only a few other passengers in a car, minivan or small bus. This extra service can be added until 45 days prior to departure.
