DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN HANOI
Welcome to Hanoi. Upon arrival at the airport, your driver will wait for you outside the arrival hall. Rooms are available as of 2 pm. For early arrivals, early check-in is possible and can be booked in advance ($). Settle in and enjoy the rest of the day strolling independently through the narrow streets of the old quarter adjacent to the hotel. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 2 HANOI
A completely free day to discover Hanoi on your own. Options for walks, visits and immersions accompanied by an English-speaking guide are available ($).

DAY 3 HANOI – HALONG BAY
08:45 am: Private transfer without guide to Halong Bay. It’s a drive through the Red River delta to the coast. 12:30 pm: Take your quarters aboard a beautiful junk and freshen up as lunch is served onboard. After a leisurely cruise, you will be offered your first excursion. It may vary according to the weather, the season and any temporary (and untimely) restrictions imposed by the port authorities. Most often, you’ll discover a cave in a quiet area between Halong and Lan Ha bays, which may be punctuated by an opportunity to swim. In the late afternoon, join the chef for a short cooking demonstration and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 4 HALONG BAY - HANOI - FLIGHT TO HUE
Join the crew for a Tai Chi session at sunrise or sleep in. A light breakfast is served before exploring another corner of the archipelago. At 9:30 am, check out of your cabin and head to the restaurant for full breakfast as the boat sails leisurely back to the port. At around 10:30am, you will disembark and take a private transfer without guide to Hanoi airport for your flight to Hue. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel without a guide. End of the day at leisure. Overnight in Hue.
Ha Long - Hanoi: 175 km / Approx. 2.5 hours.
Hue Airport - Hotel: 20 km / Approx. 40 minutes.

DAY 5 HUE
Free day in Hue to stroll around and discover the city’s imperial heritage. Guided excursions are available as an option ($), to explore the major sites of Hue but also to take the back roads to meet the locals and discover exceptional natural sites. Overnight in Hue.

DAY 6 HUE – DANANG – HOI AN
At 8:30 am, departure for Hoi An with your driver and without a guide. You pass Lang Co Bay and the famous Hai Van Pass, which offers spectacular views over the sea. The driver will stop along the way allowing you to take photos. Arrive in Hoi An in the middle of the day, settle into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight Hoi An.

DAY 7 HOI AN
Free day to stroll through the narrow streets of Hoi An, do a bit of shopping, enjoy the delicious local cuisine or go to the beach. We recommend the beach at An Bang, 4 km north of the old town. There are plenty of restaurant options if you want to eat by the sea. Overnight at a hotel in Hoi An.

DAY 8 HOI AN – DANANG – FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH CITY
Depending on your flight time, a driver will meet you in the hotel lobby to take you to Danang airport, around 45 minutes away. The transfer is arranged without a guide. Flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, a driver will meet you outside the airport to take you to your hotel in the city centre (without guide). Check-in at the hotel and end of the day at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Distance HCMC Airport - HCMC Centre: approx. 10km / approx. 35 minutes.

DAY 9 HO CHI MINH CITY
Free day to discover this city, still known today by its old name of Saigon. Guided tours of lesser-known parts of the city and excursions to the Mekong Delta are also available as options ($). Overnight at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 10 HO CHI MINH CITY – DEPARTURE
Free time until a driver accompanies you from the hotel to the airport for your departure flight. The transfer is made without a guide and rooms must be vacated by midday (a late check-out can be booked in advance at an additional cost $).
